The Comic Crush is the website that brings you the World’s finest in comics, comic creators, and pop culture. Through Podcasts and Videos, articles on the industry, and Videos as well as the latest comics, we’re here to help you explore the world of sequential storytelling. From monthly American books, graphic novels, and self-published comics and indies, European albums all the way to the latest comic-book films, The Comic Crush will be your guide from layouts to trade!
We’re funded through our Patreon and via our Webshop, so please consider supporting us by joining the Patreon or making a purchase. The Comic Crush is about your experience in comics, diving deep to discover the comics that move you. We hope to create a positive space where you can turn the page on something new every time you visit.

MEET THE COMIC CRUSH TEAM
PAUL DUNNE
A comics lover for 35 years, Paul started The Comic Crush after leaving Orbital Comics in November 2019. He writes most of the articles on the site as well as producing and co-presenting all the videos and podcasts. You can follow him on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. You can also catch him at Gosh Comics, where he works and feeds his addiction. He doesn’t always look this angry.
LIZ C. JORDAN
A lifelong geek, Liz first got into sequential art when Preacher blew her mind way back when. Since then, she’s gone on to work for some of the best comic shops in her native US and here in the UK, including Newbury Comics, Orbital Comics and currently, That’s Entertainment. She’s been making comics podcasts with Paul since 2016 and co-presents Crushing Comics and contributes to the movie shows. A brilliant comics commentator, she is one of the most knowledgeable readers around when it comes to modern books. You can keep up with her on her website and on Twitter.
NIKKI HRACS
Nikki is a comics enthusiast, artist and musician who has released records under the name Slantedline and now creates her own art featuring Larry The Predator. She often co-hosts The Comic Crush movie shows, especially when they step outside of comic book movies! Nikki has an irrepressible energy that she brings to every show.
KEITH EYLES
A talented actor, writer and director, Keith has turned his attention from making films to sharing his love for them in recent years (as well as continuing to act). He created the successful YouTube channel, Home Media Minefield, where he discusses blu-ray, DVD and 4K home releases. He is an expert commentator on genre film and brings his knowledge and passion many live-streams both on his own channel and The Comic Crush.
BRIAN BULLEN
A Marvel fan since the ‘90s, getting hooked right in the middle of the Clone Saga, Brian has filled long boxes with Spider-Man and X-Men. More recently, he has discovered more indie titles, adding to his passion for Marvel and DC. feeling that we could be entering a new golden age of comics once more, Brian now writes for his own Facebook group, S!K!C! Comic Reviews and occasionally for The Comic Crush, Brian is excited for the chance to share his passion with readers of all ages!
